Our client is a beauty company which developed and formulated skincare by scientists in Canadian laboratories. With the patented technology, our client managed to formulate the perfect ingredients for each of their products. Currently they are looking for top candidates to help them grow and share their uniqueness to the world.


Job Description
  1. Meeting & exceeding sales targets for the assigned territories.
  2. Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  3. Track & report activities of competitor and Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management
  4. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  5. Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  6. Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  7. Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
  8. Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
  9. Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

Job Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years experience as General Trade/Key Account/Area Sales Manager/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/Skincare/Beauty product).
  2. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  3. Having an existing relationship with a local store / modern outlet.
  4. Able to Develop channel sales strategy for geography assigned.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
  7. Track & report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
  8. Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target.
  9. Willing to travel throughout Indonesia.
