As the leader of BOSSHIRE, Mr. Ocean has keen eyes in the HR department from his international working experience, He worked previously as Country HR for AVIC International Holdings Ltd（中航国际） in Tanzania and Kenya, he has also worked in ZTE（中兴通讯) and Country Garden(碧桂园) overseas, now he is the director of PT BOSSHIRE INDONESIA. Mr. Ocean has led BOSSHIRE since 2018. His deep understanding of international law and cross-culture easily make him the first choice for foreign companies who would like to expand their business in Indonesia and other countries.
Evi has a passion exploring business owners goals and obstacles, and partnering with them to experience higher levels of business achievement. She worked in a Big Four company for many years. She uses her knowledge and experience to focus on problem solving creativity, and help clients to optimize their resources. Her goal is to help employers to build their own winning culture, and take the business to the next level.
Dhany has almost 15 years of experience in HR specializing in the areas of Talent Management – Performance Management, Job Analysis, Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection. His passion for Learning and Development has brought his career start from a university lecturer to an HR Consultant specialist in Training and Organizational Development. His training experience varied from sharing Management and Leadership, Creativity and Innovation for Improvement, Excellence in Customer Services, and Achievement Motivation.
Dhany graduated and is licensed as a Clinical Psychologist from the University of Indonesia. He is also a certified Trainer from BNSP (Indonesia’s Professional Certification Board). His eagerness in learning also brought him to acquire a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) from the Indonesian Catholic University of Atma Jaya. Sebastian is an Indonesian Chinese who grew up in China and graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Switzerland. He is a multilingual with professional proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia. During his tenure as a fast-growing recruitment consultant, he demonstrated his outstanding communication and negotiation skills, strong objectivity and determined to provide clients and candidates with a high-quality recruitment analysis process. His areas of focus are manufacturing, real estate, e-commerce, consumer electronics and telecommunications industries.
Raynaldo’s area of expertise is in handling clients from Technology, Internet, Real Estate, Consumer Electronics, and FMCG Industry. Well equipped with strong networks, communication & negotiation skills, he has a proven track record in delivering top talents into better career improvements, successfully placing many candidates from managerial until C–Level positions. Furthermore, meeting new people and making connection with top talent in various industries has been his passion since his University days in China. As the President of Indonesian students in China, he was working closely with Indonesian Embassy in Beijing and the Ministry of Tourism.
